Agent Lynch, Dan’s government handler, briefs CIA Director Dules on the information that he and his team have collected.  Due to the unprecedented scenario they find themselves facing, Dules denies Lynch’s request to move against Jack.  Meanwhile, fed up with the secret war between Dan and Fitz, Marilyn gives Frank the latest round info she has discovered and ends her relationship with him.  Having decided what is truly important to him, Dan informs the rest of the team that he is ending his involvement with the CIA for a life with Marilyn.  Dan arrives at her hotel, where he discovers Marilyn’s body and is attacked by her killer – Kennedy’s right-hand man, Lincoln.  Overcome with rage, Dan kills Lincoln in revenge as the reader learns Marilyn was pregnant with Frank’s child.
